Just click on my account tab right corner of top and sign up.

To change address, please log into your account and click on “Address”(left sidebar tab), then click on “Edit Shipping Address” and fill out the detailed address information. Click the “Save” button to complete. However, if you want to change address for a specific order, it’s recommended to send us an email with correct shipping address and contact number. And please be informed that we are not able to change shipping address if the item has already been dispatched.

When order is dispatch, you will receive a email and order track number.

We are only ship order currently all over the New Zealand.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order number. We will resolve it.

Please contact us and send image of damage products and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Please send email as soon as possible and add your order id and updated shipping address.
